This stand alone system allows easy installation of security door locks into aluminium door frames. Through kinetic energy, the Security door lock mortiser rapidly creates mortise channels sized to fit all common security door locks. Built into the system are two tailored mortise punches, the first for the lock body and the second for the escutcheon plates.
 
With the included outrigger, it also creates the channels required for three-point security lock systems. The versatile design can also produce 46mm cut-outs for sliding door roller wheels.
